Delivery Time : 14 days

We handle the shipping and delivery of products to customers very seriously.

1. **Shipping Costs:** Shipping costs are calculated as per locations, volume of products & transport. Rs 200 per KM in Delhi/NCR & Rs 80 per KM outside Delhi including labour handling (loading, unloading) & transportation will be charged before delivery in the bill.

2. **Free Shipping:** Under 15km & order value of more than INR1,75,000.

3. **Delivery Time:** Estimated delivery time is based on shipping method and location & will be shared with the customer before delivery.

4. **Shipping Carriers:** We have 5 shipping carriers used for deliveries. We provide details about the carrier's services to the customers before delivery.

5. **Shipping Destinations:** We ship all over India.

6. **Tracking Information:** Customers can track their orders, over a phone call.

7. **Returns and Exchanges:** We offer 5 yrs warranty on manufacturing, on all our products. All products are, on order basis so we do not entertain any return or refunds. Every article goes through thorough Quality checks as per the highest standards. We make detailed video of quality checks of every article & share it with customers before delivery.
